Full Job Description

Marketing Director

We are looking for a Marketing Director that wants to be a part of our culture and that will find the atmosphere of Shawnee Post Acute Rehabilitation to be a home away from home. We understand that supporting you, putting you first and giving you the tools to succeed will always result in the highest quality of care for the residents.

Shawnee Post Acute Rehabilitation’s leadership team has a passion for learning that ensures that you are advancing in your field and continuing to become a better version of yourself.

Job Duties:

The Marketer is responsible for managing all aspects of the facility marketing plan
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clinics and hospitals in the area
Responsible to respond to customer requests and concerns and help promote a positive admissions & referral process for all parties involved
Supervise and review the collection of admission documents, ensure completion and forward to the appropriate departments as necessary
Assist in the orientation program for residents/personnel
Maintain an accurate record of available beds
Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the facility
