Full Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

The schedule is Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Hours may vary based on workload and business needs and may increase or decrease accordingly.

This position is primarily responsible for assisting with accounting support, data entry, administrative tasks, and general office organization.

Responsibilities

Process mobile check deposits into the correct company bank accounts.
Verify deposits have successfully posted and record them accurately in QuickBooks.
Print weekly Accounts Payable (AP) checks.
Verify owner signatures on AP checks.
Prepare checks for mailing by stuffing envelopes, stamping, and mailing them.
Enter Accounts Payable bills into QuickBooks.
Perform data entry into spreadsheets, including store sales, targets, actuals, food cost, labor cost, and other operational reports from POS systems.
Save payroll reports from the payroll system into Dropbox for the accounting team.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Keep check stock organized and monitor inventory; notify management when additional supplies need to be ordered.
Make occasional trips to the post office.
Help keep the office clean, organized, and presentable.
Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Pay - based on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
