Job Summary
Embark on an exciting journey as a Sales Management Trainee, where you'll develop essential skills in sales, customer engagement, and team leadership. This paid training program is designed to prepare you for a dynamic career in sales management by providing hands-on experience across various retail and outside sales environments. You'll learn to build strong customer relationships, manage inventory, and effectively communicate your value proposition—all while gaining the confidence to lead future sales teams. Duties

Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, promoting products and services to meet their needs
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships via excellent service and clear communication
Conduct product presentations and public speaking engagements to educate clients about offerings
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and tracking sales performance
Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand market reach
Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls
Collaborate with team members on negotiation strategies and sales campaigns to maximize results

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or public speaking is preferred but not required
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and data entry
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey product benefits and negotiate deals
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic marketing tools is desirable
Demonstrated ability to handle outside sales activities confidently and professionally
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
