Executive Operations Manager
Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Overview
We are looking for a doer to join our Real Estate Development Firm!

Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys variety, and doesn’t wait for perfect instructions. This role works side-by-side with leadership to move priorities forward—whatever they may be that day.

No two days will look the same. One day you might be reviewing resumes or coordinating onboarding. The next, you could be helping assemble information for a loan application, tracking down missing data, organizing a project, or solving a problem no one has fully defined yet.

Just as importantly, you will help ensure that key initiatives get completed, they don’t stall by tracking progress, relentless following up with team members, and driving accountability across the organization.

This role may also support branding and light marketing and field coordination efforts—for example, helping ensure construction signage is ordered and installed when projects break ground, or jumping in to support needs across our 65+ active developments.

Given the nature of this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and ownership and be involved in discussions and sensitive information, and are expected to operate with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.

What You’ll Do
Because this role works closely with leadership across a rapidly growing organization, the scope is intentionally broad. The common thread is not the type of task—it’s helping ensure priorities move forward, details don’t get dropped, and leadership teams operate at a high level, which is always evolving to achieve:

Jumping into high-priority tasks across departments (operations, development, finance, HR, etc.)
Taking limited direction and running with tasks independently
Researching, organizing, and executing projects from scratch
Supporting leadership with day-to-day execution and relentless follow-through and follow up
Tracking progress on key initiatives identified by senior leadership
Proactively following up with team members to gather updates, maintain momentum, and reinforce accountability.
Identifying bottlenecks and pushing projects forward across teams
Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and structure to drive productive discussions
Capturing key takeaways and driving post-meeting follow-ups and accountability
Assisting with hiring processes (resume review, scheduling, coordination)
Helping gather and organize materials for loans, reporting, or compliance
Supporting marketing and field coordination efforts, such as signage, branding, or project visibility needs
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to move work forward across active developments
Providing occasional logistical and executive support to help keep operations running smoothly
Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or missing pieces—and solving for them
Handling a mix of strategic, administrative, and hands-on tasks—whatever is needed

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience

Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Comfortable adapting to a Mac-based work environment (our team primarily operates on Mac systems)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
