Compensation: $17.00-$18.00/hour starting pay, plus production commission

As a Lawn Specialist, you will become the face of DreamLawn in the field. You will manage your daily route, apply lawn care treatments, identify turf issues, communicate with customers, and help deliver healthier, safer lawns across the Kansas City Metro area.
DreamLawn uses patented, cutting-edge lawn care technology powered by natural products that reduce unwanted chemicals and pesticides while helping eliminate weeds and build deep root systems. This same trusted technology is used on turf nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Complete scheduled lawn applications, including fertilizer, weed control, grub and pest treatments
- Own and manage your assigned daily route with professionalism and accountability
- Inspect lawns for weeds, disease, decline, and treatment needs
- Document services, notes, and recommendations accurately in RealGreen
- Communicate with customers through service notes, door hangers, and on-site conversations when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and properly cared-for equipment
- Partner with the Lawn Production Manager to flag recurring lawn issues and customer needs
- Support seasonal services such as spring pre-emergent applications, summer disease monitoring, fall treatments, aeration, and seeding

Previous lawn care experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training for candidates with the right work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Pay: $35,360.00 - $65,000.00 per year
