Full Job Description

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week

Location: Primarily in-office with some remote work as needed

We are a family-owned company seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Office Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that supports day-to-day business operations while assisting with administrative and office management tasks.

This position starts as part-time (20–25 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after a successful probationary period for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Enter receipts, invoices, and accounting data into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
Coordinate and book hotel accommodations and flights for company employees.
Assist primary staff with daily office operations and administrative support.
Communicate professionally with customers and vendors to help ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks is required.
Strong data entry and computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Starting wage of $20.00 per hour.
Approximately 20–25 hours per week.
