Position Overview

This is a door-to-door, outside sales role where you will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, generate leads, and guide customers through the roofing process. As part of our team, you’ll actively engage with potential customers in the community, promote our services, and create new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions.

No prior experience is required — we’re looking for individuals with the right mindset, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed. Your energy and ability to connect with people will be key to building relationships and contributing to the company’s growth.

What We Offer

Weekly earnings: $1,000 – $3,000
Annual potential: $96,000 – $144,000
Uncapped commissions
Flexible schedule – you control your hours

Duties

Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted, storm-affected neighborhoods
Generate and follow up on leads to schedule appointments
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Utilize CRM software (AccuLynx) to track leads and manage your pipeline
Clearly explain roofing services and guide homeowners through the process
Conduct Roof Inspections ( Must be comfortable on roofs )

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Good time management skills
Positive mindset and attitude
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people daily
Must be at least 18 years of age
