What You’ll Do

As a Member Concierge, you are the host, guide, and vibe curator of the shop:

✔ Warmly welcome every guest and member, ensuring an elevated first impression
✔ Assist guests in scheduling their grooming services and memberships
✔ Provide personalized service recommendations (spa, grooming, memberships)
✔ Manage check-ins, payments, reservations, and membership inquiries
✔ Support celebrations, special occasions, and VIP experiences
✔ Maintain deep knowledge of services, products, and shop events
✔ Collaborate with barbers, techs, and management to keep everything running smoothly
✔ Keep the front-of-house polished, organized, and brand-aligned
