You'll receive a competitive base salary of $35,000 per year, but that's only the beginning.
Through our performance-based compensation program, dedicated Appointment Setters regularly earn $75,800+ annually, with top performers earning even more.

What You'll Do
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first voice our customers hear and the first step in helping them transform their homes.
Every day you'll help homeowners discover how EverLights can eliminate the hassle of hanging holiday lights while creating beautiful lighting displays for holidays, birthdays, game days, special events, and everyday curb appeal.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls from homeowners interested in EverLights.
- Contact homeowners who have submitted requests through our website, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with company-generated leads and previous customer inquiries.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of permanent exterior lighting.
- Schedule complimentary in-home design consultations for our Lighting Consultants.
- Help homeowners discover creative ways to decorate and enjoy their homes year-round with permanent exterior lighting.
- Build excitement around holidays, birthdays, sporting events, entertaining, security lighting, and everyday curb appeal.
- Maintain detailed notes, follow-up activities, and customer communication within our CRM.
- Coordinate closely with our field consultants to maximize appointment quality and create an outstanding customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy position requiring both inbound customer service and proactive outbound follow-up.
Successful Appointment Setters typically make 100+ outbound calls each day while answering inbound opportunities and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation & BonusesBase Salary

Performance Compensation
In addition to your base salary, you'll have multiple opportunities to earn bonuses and incentives every month.
Appointment Bonuses

- Qualified appointments scheduled
- Qualified appointments that are completed (Show/Sit Bonuses)
- Closed-sale bonuses generated from the appointments you schedule

Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, inside sales, appointment setting, call center operations, or another phone-based role
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine desire to help homeowners create beautiful spaces where families can celebrate and make lifelong memories
