Full Job Description

Most Senior AE roles put you in a box. You get a carrier quota, a narrow product line, and a manager who cares more about activity than outcomes. This is not that job.

We are looking for someone who has already proven they can win mid-market and above deals through a channel motion and who genuinely understands telecom and connectivity products. You will own full-cycle sales for qualified opportunities at a lean, fast-moving technology advisory firm. No carrier quotas. No vendor bias. Just a strong pipeline, a provider-agnostic story, and the autonomy to close.

The Role

This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role. Qualified discovery meetings are sourced through your own channel relationships. Your job is to run the sales process from discovery through close, building solutions across our full portfolio of connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, communications, and AI offerings.

You will carry a quota built around mid-market and above deal sizes, working directly with IT and CX leaders to structure the right multi-vendor solution.

What You Will Do

Run full-cycle sales motions from discovery through close for mid-market and above opportunities
Sell through and alongside channel partners, MSPs, and resellers, not just receive handoffs from them
Build and defend multi-vendor solutions across connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, communications, and AI, tailored to each client's environment
Engage and negotiate directly with decision-makers including IT Directors, VP of IT, Directors of Infrastructure, CIOs, VP of Customer Experience, and Directors of Contact Center
Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline, forecast, and deal records in Salesforce
Collaborate with the Director of Operations and BDR team to refine targeting and qualification criteria based on what is closing
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota

What You Bring

You are probably a fit if you:

Have 3+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience
Have sold through channel partners, resellers, or MSPs, not just managed or recruited them
Have direct experience selling telecom or connectivity products and services such as UCaaS, SD-WAN, mobility, fiber, or data services
Have closed mid-market and enterprise , not just SMB transactional sales
Have a track record of quota attainment, revenue generated, or other quantifiable sales results you can speak to with numbers
Have used Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage a full-cycle pipeline
Thrive without someone telling you what to do every hour, but still want clear goals and regular feedback
Are genuinely curious about technology and enjoy learning how businesses make buying decisions

This role is not a fit if your experience is limited to managing existing accounts, if you have never carried a channel-sourced deal from discovery to close, or if you are looking for a single-product carrier quota.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

Complete onboarding on Onetel Connect's service offerings, value proposition, and ICP
Shadow senior team members on discovery and closing calls to understand the full sales motion
Begin working assigned pipeline and existing channel relationships

First 90 Days

Running full-cycle deals independently across all product lines
Building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of mid-market and above opportunities
Hitting assigned quarterly quota targets
Actively deepening relationships with existing referral and channel partners

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
