Bookkeeper – Multi-Entity

Part to Full-Time | Draper, UT (In-Person)

We are a group of established, locally owned businesses based in Draper, Utah, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support accounting operations across multiple entities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing day-to-day financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across several companies, supporting accounts payable, payroll, and reconciliations.

This role requires someone who can stay organized across multiple sets of books and take ownership of their responsibilities while working closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Enter vendor invoices and maintain vendor records
Process payments and manage AP aging
Record receipts and maintain AR accuracy

Payroll

Assist with payroll across multiple companies
Track time, commissions, and adjustments
Assist with benefit tracking and payroll-related reporting

Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with general ledger entries and organization

Systems & Process Support

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
Assist with system cleanup and organization
Help improve accounting processes and accuracy

Additional Support

Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Support internal teams with time tracking and coordination

What You Bring

2–4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise preferred)
Payroll experience required
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

Experience working across multiple entities
Construction or service-based industry experience
Retail & Sales Tax
Familiarity with job costing

Work Environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Variety in daily responsibilities
Hands-on role with real responsibility

Compensation

$21–$25/hour (based on experience)
