About Action Solar
Founded in 2017, Action Solar is a fast-growing renewable energy company specializing in commercial and residential solar solutions. We are passionate about helping businesses and homeowners reduce energy costs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to build and execute our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, and generate qualified leads for both our residential and commercial divisions.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will own the company's marketing efforts from strategy through execution. This individual will work closely with executive leadership and sales to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, support recruiting initiatives, and create consistent messaging across all channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, creating content, analyzing results, and making a measurable impact on company growth.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute Action Solar's annual marketing strategy.
Manage the company brand across all platforms.
Create digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified residential and commercial leads.
Oversee website updates, SEO, and overall web presence.
Manage social media strategy and content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, videos, email campaigns, advertisements, and sales collateral.
Coordinate photography and video production for projects, events, customer testimonials, and company culture.
Plan and promote company events, recruiting campaigns, trade shows, and community outreach.
Work with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that support dealer growth and customer acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Manage relationships with outside vendors, designers, printers, and advertising partners.
Maintain brand standards across all company communications.
Support recruiting through employment branding and hiring campaigns.
Assist leadership with executive presentations and company announcements.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
3-7 years of marketing experience.
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
Experience using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
Experience in construction, home services, renewable energy, or B2B marketing is preferred but not required.

What Success Looks Like
Within the first six months, this person will:

Build a comprehensive annual marketing plan.
Improve Action Solar's digital presence and brand consistency.
Increase qualified lead generation.
Launch recurring email and social media campaigns.
Develop marketing support materials for residential and commercial sales teams.
Create measurable reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
