Senior Nurse Case Manager

Work Location: Allentown, PA - based at home with local travel for appointments required.
Travel: You must be able to drive up to 3 hours round-trip, though most locations are closer.

Pay: $75,000 – $92,000 per year, commensurate with credentials (e.g., RN, CCM, CRC) and experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with scheduling flexibility based on your cases

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced case manager who can take the wheel on complex workers' compensation, auto no-fault, and disability cases and steer them to the right outcomes. This is a non-supervisory role for a true practitioner: someone with advanced technical knowledge, sound professional judgment, and the discipline to follow Proven Processes case after case. Internally, we call this seat the Navigator's Hat … because every complex case needs a steady hand at the wheel.
What You'll Do:
- Travel, as needed, within the Allentown, PA area to attend appointments. Your base location will be your home office.
- Independently manage an assigned caseload of complex workers' compensation, auto no-fault, and/or disability cases in accordance with PIRS policies, client contracts, and state and federal regulations.
- Apply advanced case management knowledge to support timely, appropriate medical care and steady claim progression.
- Identify barriers to recovery and facilitate appropriate interventions within scope of practice.
- Keep every case file accurate, timely, complete, and audit-ready; participate in audits and quality reviews.
- Build professional, respectful relationships with adjusters, employers, providers, and referral sources.
- Own and report your weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and participate in monthly team cadence meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced knowledge of workers' compensation, auto no-fault, and/or disability case management, including working knowledge of the PA Workers' Compensation Act.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Active PA RN license, or CRC, CCM, or CDMS certification (or a comparable nationally recognized case management or rehabilitation credential), required. Multi-credentialed candidates strongly encouraged.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required for the RN path (BSN preferred), or a bachelor's or master's degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field for the counselor path.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the Lehigh Valley territory.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and consistently.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Sound judgment and professionalism in high-stakes or sensitive situations.
- Ability to follow defined processes and thrive within a structured, EOS-run organization.
