Lehighton Kia, a growing dealership, is now hiring a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk for a full-time career opportunity.

We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and can thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. While automotive dealership experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Submit title work and documentation to PennDOT and financial institutions.

Verify all paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Process payoffs and assist with dealer trade paperwork.

Track outstanding titles and follow up on title issues when necessary.

Maintain organized deal jackets and office records.

Assist accounting and management with administrative support tasks.

Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and state agencies.

Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Support the dealership office team with additional clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience in an automotive dealership or title clerk role.

Office, administrative, or clerical experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Dependable and punctual.

Professional communication skills.

Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.

Team-oriented mindset with willingness to grow.
