ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion of share of wallet.
Oversee internal processes, including, Customer Relations, Myster Shop adherence, branding of sites, brand initiatives, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Support Dealer Manager as needed on new business development (NBD), ensuring a smooth transition from sale to account management.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services/products
Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles

Strong focus on customer retention and relationship management
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless customer service
Ability to support sales teams in growing the business while managing existing accounts
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the fuel, lubricants and propane industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Negotiation skills and a track record of successful contract management.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the fuel and propane industry.

Travel Requirements: This role may require frequent travel within the assigned territory.
