We are seeking a skilled, quality-driven Pump Mechanic to join our industrial pump refurbishment and rebuild team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnostic teardowns, precision inspection, component evaluation, and the final assembly of industrial pumps (including centrifugal, vertical turbine, split-case, and positive displacement pumps).
Because we operate as a tight-knit, high-efficiency shop team, this role requires a flexible professional who thrives in a cross-functional environment. You won't just focus on a single task all day; you will actively pivot between diagnostic teardowns, precision component cleaning, seal installations, final assembly, and shipping preparation as daily shop priorities shift. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, exact tolerance tracking, a collaborative mindset, and a high level of accountability for the final quality and safety of our products.
