Full Job Description

Position Summary: This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary role that goes beyond social media. While you’ll be managing and designing social content, you’ll also be responsible for producing a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in both marketing and graphic design who can manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment and stay organized under deadlines. You will work closely with a collaborative team of designers, developers, and marketing professionals.

Location: This is a full-time, in-house position based in Wilmington, NC. (We are not considering freelancers or independent contractors.)

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
Design and produce graphics and video content.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients
Write and edit marketing copy, including social captions.
Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and adjust content as needed
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all channels
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
Proficient in Canva and CapCut
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and visual marketing
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a client-facing or agency environment
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
Experience with WordPress or website content updates
