Full Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a Facilities Manager to support a safe, reliable, and well-maintained manufacturing environment. This role leads facility operations, building systems, infrastructure support, vendor coordination, and facility improvement work that enables production continuity and long-term operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee facility operations including building systems, utilities, grounds, and infrastructure to support safe and reliable manufacturing operations.

· Plan and monitor repair and maintenance activity related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, compressed air, fire protection, and general facility systems.

· Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules, vendor activity, contractor work, and supporting records for facility infrastructure.

· Lead facility improvement projects, space planning, layout changes, and infrastructure modifications that support growth and continuity.

· Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and EHS teams to resolve facility-related issues impacting safety, uptime, or business continuity.

· Manage external contractors and service providers, including scope definition, scheduling, quality follow-up, and cost awareness.

· Maintain facility records, inspection reports, work logs, and project updates for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, industrial maintenance, business, or equivalent experience preferred.

· Strong working knowledge of industrial building systems, utilities, maintenance coordination, and facility operations.

· Experience planning preventive maintenance, repairs, vendor support, and facility improvements in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

· Familiarity with OSHA, environmental, and local regulatory requirements relevant to facility operations.

· Strong leadership, contractor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities, maintenance, or work order tracking systems.

Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and facility-related documentation.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
