Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be upbeat, strong knowledge of dental insurances (PPO), proficiency in handling treatment plans, and have a strong understanding of dental office marketing. Experience with Eaglesoft preferred.

Must be experience as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator at least one year experience.

Schedule:

Monday: 10:00 am - 7 pm

Tuesday: 10:00 am - 8 pm

Wednesday: 9:00 am - 4 pm

Thursday: 9:00 am - 6 pm

2 Saturday per month for now: 8:00 am - 1 pm

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Provide information about the company, its services, and products.
Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, insurance benefits, photocopying, and faxing.
Manage front desk operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and phone inquiries.
Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and financial arrangements.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the dental practice and attract new patients.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient experiences.
Handle insurance claims and billing processes accurately.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator at least one year experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment plans, and insurance protocols.
Familiarity with marketing strategies for dental practices.

Preferred knowledge of:

Dental software (Eaglesoft)
Microsoft Office
Dental billing and coding
Treatment plan presentation
Patient scheduling
Hygiene recall systems
Accounts receivable
Dental insurance plans and terminology

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
