Pay Range: $21.61 - $34.04 per hour

Summary:
Supervises the phlebotomy, order entry, and courier operations of the laboratory, including resource and personnel management. The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- Interacts effectively with peers, internal and external customers.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Four years relevant experience.
- Phlebotomy certification through a nationally recognized agency.
Physical Demands:
- Works throughout the Medical Center's patient care areas and laboratories.
- Frequent exposure to potentially infectious diseases and body fluids.
- Work requires bending, standing, and walking for the majority of the workday.
