Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Recruiter to oversee our full-cycle recruitment efforts and help build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of recruiting experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality standards.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
Train and mentor junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience (required).
Experience leading recruitment efforts or managing recruiting teams preferred.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
