Director of Tax Services (CPA)

Build a Tax Division. Shape the Future. Gain Ownership Potential.

Caliber Wealth Management is seeking an experienced CPA to build and lead our in-house tax platform. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing wealth management firm and create a tax division from the ground up while partnering closely with firm leadership.

What You Will Do

· Lead advanced tax planning for clients and advisors.

· Build and scale Caliber’s tax preparation and tax-planning services.

· Oversee tax return quality, standards, and compliance.

· Design workflows, systems, and operating processes.

· Develop relationships with external CPA partners and referral sources.

· Train advisors and integrate tax strategy into the planning process.

What We Are Looking For

· Active CPA license.

· Significant tax-preparation and planning experience.

· Experience with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

· Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Desire to build, not simply maintain, a tax practice.

Compensation & Benefits

· $140,000 salary plus 10–15% bonus opportunity.

· Ownership/profit-interest eligibility after one year.

· 20 PTO days, 10 holidays, 5 sick days.

· 401(k) match and health insurance support.
