PRN Patient Representative – Join Kansas City’s Premier Locally Owned Imaging Team

Position Title: PRN Patient Representative- Front Desk
Primary Location: 13795 S Mur-Len Rd, #100 Olathe, KS, 66062
Employment Type: PRN-As Needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexible schedule with start times from 6:30–7:00 AM and end times from 4:00–5:30 PM.
Saturday Rotation: Optional

Position Summary

The PRN Patient Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and financial processes. This PRN Patient Representative role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment.

As a PRN Patient Representative, you will support both patients and clinical staff while maintaining efficiency, compassion, and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, dependable PRN Patient Representative to join our Olathe team. The PRN Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

This position includes participation in a rotating Saturday schedule as outlined above.

Position Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Register patients accurately in the electronic system
Verify insurance and collect applicable copays or balances
Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Communicate effectively with technologists, radiologists, and clinic staff
Support overall front office workflow and patient experience
