Purchasing Assistant ($22.00/HR)

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant for JBS in Lenoir, NC.

The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and thrive on supporting a busy, fast-paced team. This role offers excellent growth potential!

Responsibilities:

Stock Replenish
Issue Supplies
Open PO Report
PORs
Workflow
GRIR
J66 & J67 confirmations Email
Price corrections
Delivery Confirmations
Requisitions
Purchase Orders
Delivery Calendar
Inventory
Stocking
Part number creations
Chemical requests
Non-POs
Any other thing as needed assisting
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: (pick applicable)

Proficient Microsoft skills including outlook and excel
SAP experience preferred
Data entry experience
Communication skills
Soft skills
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Any other duties as assigned
