Full Job Description

Work where horses matter. Chick's Saddlery is one of the oldest and largest saddlery & equine suppliers in America, dedicated to serving horses and their people.

Pay: $50,000 – $80,000 per year commensurate with experience.

Type: Full-Time · Monday–Friday · On-site in Harrington, DE (Relocation assistance available.)

About the Role

Chick's Saddlery is seeking an analytical, data-driven Digital Advertising & Analytics Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our paid advertising and reporting across every channel. You'll own the numbers, turning ad spend into measurable growth in traffic, customers, and revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who loves testing, measuring, and improving performance, and who can translate data into strategy. Horse experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Paid Digital Advertising

Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
Monitor budgets, TACoS, ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and landing pages

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and advertising platforms
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Monitor customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and revenue performance
Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve ROI

SEO & E-Commerce

Improve search engine rankings through SEO best practices, keyword research, and metadata optimization
Monitor and optimize product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager
Assist with website merchandising and promotional updates
Coordinate with merchandising and IT teams to resolve issues affecting online sales

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce marketing
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns and budgets
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Merchant Center
Strong command of SEO best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads and/or Google Analytics Certification
Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Miva, or other e-commerce platforms
Experience with product feed management
Experience with Looker Studio, SEMrush, or similar reporting tools
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot for marketing productivity
