Overview:

Reporting to the Network Infrastructure Lead, the Cisco Network Analyst ensures robust infrastructure, supporting telecommunications, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization for hospital departments and practices.

Responsibilities:

Design & Support: Plan, install, and support network/telecom equipment, ensuring maximum uptime.
Maintenance & Security: Manage system backups, user accounts, and maintain rigorous documentation.
Technical Liaison: Collaborate with departments to design solutions and resolve integration issues.
On-Call Support: Provide 24/7 on-call and hands-on support to resolve Helpdesk issues.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3–5 years in network infrastructure or systems administration, preferably in healthcare.
Skills: Proficiency in Cisco networking, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Competencies Skills:

Essential:

Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
Knowledge Of Basic Computer Programs
Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
