About Pineview Care LLC

Pineview Care LLC is a licensed Personal Care Agency based in Lewiston, Maine. We provide compassionate, high-quality personal support services to individuals across the state, helping our clients live with dignity and independence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to ensure our agency maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality of care.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lewiston, Maine. The Compliance Manager will oversee agency compliance with Maine DHHS regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies while supporting operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in personal support services, care coordination, or healthcare compliance.

What You'll Do

Oversee agency compliance with Maine DHHS regulations, licensing standards, and state and federal requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate documentation to ensure regulatory readiness.
Monitor caregiver and staff credentialing, background checks, and training requirements.
Ensure client records are complete, accurate, and compliant with agency and regulatory standards.
Prepare for and coordinate state licensing reviews, audits, and inspections.
Investigate compliance concerns and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to improve quality assurance and risk management processes.
Stay current on changes to healthcare regulations and communicate updates to staff.
Assist with policy development, staff education, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working for a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) agency is strongly preferred.
Experience in Care Coordination or with Maine DHHS programs is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or healthcare administration preferred.
Strong knowledge of Maine healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and documentation standards.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
Competitive pay based on experience
In-office position in Lewiston, Maine
