About the Opportunity

This is a uncapped commission-based sales opportunity designed for individuals who are disciplined, coachable, hardworking, and motivated by performance. No previous financial-services experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and the tools needed to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs
Educate clients on life insurance and available financial strategies
Present appropriate solutions and assist clients throughout the application process
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
Build toward leadership and agency ownership opportunities

Qualifications

DFW-area candidates preferred
In-person interviews preferred for candidates located in the DFW area
An active Life Insurance License is preferred, but not required
Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
Willingness to follow the required training schedule and professional development process
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is a plus
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, establish rapport, and build trust with clients
Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and other online business tools
Willing and able to participate in weekly training sessions
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States
Remote opportunities are available nationwide for qualified candidates outside the DFW area
