Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making

Compensation & Support

$2,000 biweekly training ramp (first 8 weeks for onboarding transition)
$100,000+ annual earning potential (top performers exceed $200,000+)
Commission paid at time of sale (no delays based on installation)
Monthly car allowance + mileage reimbursement
Company-provided phone and laptop or iPad

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can):

Sales experience preferred, but not required (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
