We're seeking a QA/QC Project Documentation Coordinator who enjoys working with project teams, reviewing technical documents, and maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

As the QA/QC Project Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and project success.

Key Responsibilities

Review construction documents including permits, contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness
Support QA/QC inspectors by verifying required documentation is attached to project equipment records
Maintain organized digital filing systems and project documentation databases
Track, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents
Manage document revisions and version control processes
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing or updated documentation
Generate reports, summaries, and documentation logs
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Assist with audits by locating and compiling requested records
Perform administrative duties including data entry, scanning, correspondence, and record maintenance

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of administrative, document control, or project coordination experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Construction, engineering, electrical, or industrial project experience
Experience with document management platforms such as CxAlloy
Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, RFIs, specifications, and construction documents
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, QA/QC processes, or quality documentation standards
