Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and dealership operations, with a proven ability to analyze credit, process loans, and negotiate effectively. This role is vital in ensuring the financial health of our organization while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options.
Manage title processing and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing solutions that meet customer needs.
Process loans efficiently while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Negotiate terms with lenders and clients to secure favorable financing arrangements.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in financial documentation through proficient 10 key typing skills.
Provide training and support to staff on financial processes and software usage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in financial services, particularly within a dealership environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex math calculations.
Proficiency in financial software applications and tools.
