Full Job Description

Job Summary

Mobi Medical is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Fabricator to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for a welder with strong experience in both MIG and TIG welding processes, as well as general fabrication skills. The ideal candidate is quality-focused, dependable, able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and has an excellent attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials and thicknesses
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
Lay out, cut, drill, machine, and bend materials according to specifications
Build and assemble components and products to meet daily/weekly production goals
Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet high standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Take and apply constructive feedback with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Ability to use fabrication tools (drills, saws, brakes, etc.)
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs frequently and standing for 8+ hours per day
Must be detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
Welding certification AND minimum of 3 years of fabrication experience

Preferred Skills

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
