Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Area Hotel Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations across multiple hotel properties within our portfolio. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team success. As the driving force behind our hotels’ performance, you will coordinate efforts across departments, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your bilingual or multilingual skills will enhance guest relations and team communication across diverse markets. Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards
Lead, motivate, and manage hospitality teams, including front desk staff, housekeeping, food & beverage, and human resources personnel
Implement and maintain hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable guest experiences that foster loyalty
Manage hospitality operations budgets, including forecasting, financial management, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability
Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and improve revenue streams
Supervise night audit procedures and ensure smooth overnight operations while maintaining security protocols
Drive revenue management strategies through pricing adjustments, promotional initiatives, and market analysis to meet financial targets
Foster effective managerial communication across departments to promote teamwork and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and property standards at all times
Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer service

Qualifications

Proven experience overseeing hospitality operations within hotels or resorts, with supervisory responsibilities in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests and teams
Strong leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams and managing hospitality operations budgets
Excellent managerial communication skills paired with a customer service-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to handle financial operations such as budgeting, revenue optimization, and expense control
Hospitality or hotel management certification is preferred; resort experience is a plus
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
