The primary duties:

Greeting patients with a smile

Manage Patient Accounts

Manage Schedules and Receipts for Patients

Collect Payments and Close End of Day Financials and balance

Check-out all patients
-
Accountability for patient to practice guidelines

Explain Insurance and Superbills as necessary
-
Retrieve and Return Phone Messages
-
Answer Incoming Phone Calls
-
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Statistics

Complies with HIPAA requirements, protecting the privacy and confidentiality of an individual's health information

Assist in front desk coverage when needed
-
Answer multi-line phones, answer patient questions and scheduling of patient appointments as necessary

Completes other tasks as assigned by Office Manager or Clinical Director

Conducts self in accordance with company policies, procedures and handbook
Qualifications
This position does not require you to have a chiropractic assistant license or experience in chiropractic. We will train you and equip you for success.

Additional Information
Hours are As Follows: 7:45-6:15pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45-12:30 Friday.
Pay is Hourly $12-$15.
