Full Job Description

Position Overview: The Finance Assistant will perform administrative, accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, and assist with other accounting duties as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

Perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering and directing phone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and professionally greeting and assisting clients visiting the office.
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties by processing and paying invoices and recording payments.
Assist with payroll processing by reviewing employee time records, preparing payroll documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions.
Support daily accounting operations by maintaining financial records, preparing reports, performing account reconciliations, and completing other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Maintain bank accounts for representative payee clients, including monitoring account balances, ensuring timely payment of bills, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager
Communicate, collaborate with and support all programs and staff at Three Oaks Center

Job Requirements

College degree or at least 2 years of experience in administrative, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable field
Effective written and oral skills communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid Microsoft Office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
