SUMMARY: A shipping clerk's job summary involves preparing outgoing shipments, verifying incoming items, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials. Key duties include processing orders, packaging products, printing labels and shipping documents, tracking inventory, collaborating with logistics and other departments, and adhering to safety and company policies to support smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- General Firearms knowledge is desired but not required.
- Attention to details
- Ability to work effectively with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, organize, handle detail, follow through on tasks, and problem solve with minimal supervision and successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Good verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work on-site.
- Must have respect for confidentiality; ability to work with discretion and integrity.
- Ability to get along well with others and be a positive member of Bryant Ridge Co. and work in a manner consistent with our core values.
- Must have a criminal record clearance from the DOJ and be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or GED with work-related experience is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to:
- Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- May be required to stand at the shipping table or sit at a computer for long periods of time.
- Lift and /or move up to 50 lbs.
HOURS of EMPLOYMENT:
The normal work week is Monday – Friday. An hourly schedule will be established between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Overtime may be required on occasion. Hours are flexible.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary depends on experience. Full-time positions offer benefits including paid holidays and vacation.
