Full Job Description

Job Summary:

Bilingual in English & Spanish and travel between our offices is required. Past Treatment Coordinating Experience Desired. Sale experience is a big plus but we are willing to train the right candidate

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls, and schedule appointments. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly- Maintain patient records and update patient information- Handle payment transactions and insurance claims using Open dental software.

Treatment coordinator duties: Taking records for patients; scan, photos, X-rays, presenting treatment, presenting pricing to patients and closing sales, checking in and out patients, charting of patient procedures, coordinating treatment with the doctors, calling dental offices and patient as needed. Assist in infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment. Ensure compliance with orthodontic terminology and clinic policies.

Understands customer service and treat their patients with attention and care

Detail oriented and organized individual

Orthodontics is a fast pace profession requiring fast learning and being quick on their feet

Willing to learn new technology and wear many hats

Be willing to adapt to new situation, and be willing to be cross trained

Be willing to travel between orthodontic offices if needed

Becoming part of patient focused team that is dedicated to creating an unbelievable patient experience

Good communication skills

Dependable, reliable to be at work when scheduled
