Description

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday - Friday
No nights or weekends
Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Coverage area includes Liberty, Kansas City, and Lawson, Missouri

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated compensation range of $86,113 - $102,136 annually with no cap on productivity income
Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Missouri license as LPC or LMFT
LCSW not considered at this time
Eligible for independent practice and billing
6 months experience needed as a psychotherapist
Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
