Customer Service Representative (Phone-Based)

Location: In-office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do – Essential Job Duties

You’ll be the voice of White’s Boots helping customers navigate products, customization options, and orders with confidence and clarity.

Deliver friendly, professional customer service over the phone
Guide customers through product selection, sizing, and customization
Accurately enter and manage orders using internal systems
Respond to inquiries about orders, products, and services
Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams (CIR, Accounting, Factory etc.)
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Use problem-solving skills to create positive customer outcomes
Apply basic math to assist with sizing and measurements
Retain large volumes of product information and knowledge

This is not a scripted call center role. You’ll be expected to learn the craft, understand the product deeply, and think on your feet.

What You Bring – Minimum Qualifications

3+ years in an office, data entry, call center environment
Strong communication skills and clear phone presence
Ability to type 40+ WPM and use a 10-key pad
Experience with customer management systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Prior customer service and order/data entry experience
High attention to detail

Preferred Experience

3 – 4 years in a call center or phone-based support role
3 – 4 years in data entry or order processing
ERP and Excel experience

Work Environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented office setting
Independent task ownership with collaborative support
Inbound customer support
Continuous learning about premium, handcrafted products

Physical Requirements

Primarily seated work (approx. 90% of the day)
Frequent computer and phone use
Occasional movement within the office
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
