Burner Combustion Systems, LLC (BCS or "Boiler.com") is a fast growing manufacturer's representative company for commercial and industrial boilers, burners and all other boiler room equipment. Our offerings include on-demand modular steam systems, firetube steam boilers and cutting edge burners and burner management systems. We are headquartered in the Houston, TX area with locations in Dallas, San Antonio and Baton Rouge and are flexible with remote work.

We provide complete responsibility for the boiler room from combustion analysis to water treatment services. Our services include steam demand analysis and product selection support, rentals, boiler and related equipment sales and financing, mechanical installation, start-up and commissioning, project management, technical services either as needed or as part of a fully guaranteed service contract, and full turn-key water treatment services. We fully support the equipment and solutions we provide. We are often national sales leaders for the products we represent.

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Texas. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

· Developing their territory by prospecting, cold-calling and generating interest from various prospecting activities.

· Make technical evaluations – conducting needs assessments, on-site visits and system evaluations (with technical assistance from our technical team.)

· Making technical presentations. based on information gathered, (Technical assistance will be provided by our technical team, but the candidate must have an ability to understand technical concepts.)

· Closing sales and following up with client in any cash-collection efforts.

· Attend monthly sales meetings

· Represent the company at industry conferences.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to enter new markets and create business.
Cold-calling experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Ability to build relationships with prospects and customers
Experience working with sales CRM tools such as Zoho and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the boiler or steam equipment industry is preferred
Proven success in sales
