We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our real estate team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth experience during property listings, showings, and transactions. You will work closely with agents, property managers, and internal teams to support operations and maintain accurate client and property records.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, and tenants via phone, email, or in person
Assist clients with property inquiries, scheduling showings, and transaction-related requests
Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closings
Maintain and update client and property records in CRM and MLS systems
Track and report on client interactions, listings, and transaction status
Help resolve client issues and escalate to management when needed
Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate ongoing communication throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or client-facing roles is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, including property listings and client inquiries
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MLS systems, and CRM software
