Full Job Description

Manager of Client Services (Inside Sales)

We are seeking 10 motivated team members for our full-time Manager of Client Services (Inside Sales) position. Friendly Services has a new and fast growing division where we generate leads and book sales for our local Auto Glass Shop Partners. If you are looking for a fast paced environment where you can help people, get rewarded financially for your effort and results, all while working from home, please read on!

Compensation/Benefits:

Base salary is $40K per year, PLUS monthly commissions. You’ll earn 8% commission on all received net-income from sales. The expected earnings for our Sales Reps are $55,000-$70,000 per year until promoted.

$125 per month towards health insurance plan of your choice.

Paid time Off:

2 weeks in 1st year

3 weeks in 2nd year

Gradually up to 4 weeks beyond that

Work From Home!

Schedule:

We have 6 available Shifts we are Currently Open To:

EASTERN Time Shifts:

Monday Through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (EASTERN Time) with a 1 hour lunch
Sunday Through Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm (EASTERN Time) with a 1 hour lunch (Sunday starting at 9am)
Saturday Through Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm (EASTERN Time) with a 1 hour lunch. (Saturday & Sunday starting at 9am)

PACIFIC Time Shifts:

Monday Through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (in PACIFIC Time) with a 1 hour lunch.
Sunday Through Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm (in PACIFIC Time) with a 1 hour lunch.
Saturday Through Wednesday 9:00am - 6:00pm (in PACIFIC Time) with a 1 hour lunch.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be taking calls for prospective customers in need of auto glass repair or replacement. A large part of the job is to just be human and kind to people!!—You’ll answer questions, quote them or walk them through insurance calls, and get them booked with the shop. This is an inside sales job; there is ZERO COLD CALLING. All prospects call in to our office to learn more, or submit online requests for us to call them back.

We are looking for team members that are really excited to hustle and crush calls with an upbeat and friendly attitude. We have a fast-paced environment and applicants must be willing to learn with each other, grow, and be flexible! Applicants must feel comfortable with a lot going on, things are ever evolving and adapting. We’re a fun, upbeat team that is growing something very special and we’re so excited to meet you!

Additional Details:

1 Day Per month of paid overtime (paid at 1.5x) is expected per month. If you work a Monday Through Friday Shift, this is usually on either a Saturday or Sunday.

Must provide your own computer and internet
