Full Job Description

This Position Entails - Full time M-F

In an office setting maintaining office records, invoicing, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, may handle accounts payable, working on a computer, dealing face to face and over the phone with customers. The office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:15 pm. This job consist of retaining a lot of information, you will learn something new every day! We are a small business with minimal people in the office so you truly matter!

Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, along with your organizational abilities, will support the team in achieving its goals.
