Full Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in program management, including planning, executing, and leading the full lifecycle of operational projects.
Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations (e.g., authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance).
Experience in safety and health protection, including evaluating risk, defining process controls, and developing EHS programs.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience communicating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), including Federal, State, and Local Authorities, for notifications and permit conformance.
Experience working in data centers or experience with electrical safety protocols.
Experience advising, coaching, influencing, and collaborating with employees to achieve positive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) outcomes.
Advanced skills in collaboration and project management, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs, which may extend beyond your immediate team, driving impactful operational and technical improvements.
Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and identify needs to develop or improve EHS Operations tools/processes. Evaluate incident data and track corrective actions.
Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews, equipment, and process changes. Perform EHS risk evaluations and define process controls for new processes.
Ensure comprehensive AHJ compliance, manage permits/KPIs. Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with little supervision, demonstrating complete campus EHS ownership.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, managing dependencies. Own site-based EHS decision-making and serve as a recognized subject matter expert in multiple EHS verticals.
