The team at I Do Windows is looking for a rockstar Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help keep our growing business running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who thrives on checking things off their list, enjoys variety, learns new software quickly, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. No two days are exactly the same, and that's exactly how you like it.

You don't need experience in the exterior cleaning industry. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is that you're dependable, organized, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of an awesome team.

We have over 600 Google reviews and are the highest rated exterior cleaning company in the area. We offer opportunities to grow, and a fun team to work with along the way.

The Details:

Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 15–20 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting our office team and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Answering phones, making follow-up calls with customers and providing excellent customer service.
Using Google Workspace, ClickUp, and other software to keep projects organized.
Auditing jobs, tracking important details, and catching things others miss.
Assisting with onboarding, paperwork, scheduling, office organization, and special projects.
Jumping in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

The ideal person is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Fast and efficient on a computer.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.
Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
