DESCRIPTION:

We are offering an exciting career opportunity for a talented, motivated dental office manager who is people-centric, kind and has strong leadership skills. You will:

lead a dynamic team of dental health care professionals, providing a fun and engaging environment,
ensure an excellent patient experience -- delivering exceptional care every day!
support both the clinical and administrative teams to ensure the practice is running smoothly and patients are happy,
complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure the office is running smoothly,
review and fill the schedule as well asproactively identify issues
provide development opportunities for all team members to ensure we are continuously learning,
maintain a working knowledge of all statutory regulations affecting practice health and safety

We are Looking For a Leader Who:

REQUIRED:

possesses a proven understanding of the dental industry,
has obtained a high school diploma or GED education,
possesses 2+ yrs. of leadership experience
wants to make a positive lasting difference in the lives we touch (e.g., patients, teammates, vendors, community, etc.),
is passionate, approaches each day with motivation, determination and confidence and pursues continuous growth and development,
possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills,
is reliable, honest and is able to build trust with patients and teammates,
possesses critical thinking to identify underlying principles, reasons, and facts,
has a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite,
enjoys working on a team and having fun!

PREFERRED:

associates or bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, economics, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
previous experience in cloud-based practice management software
