Farm Credit of Southern Colorado (FCSC) is seeking an Operations Specialist I/Online Banking Support to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, performing post-closing and cash management tasks and providing location facilities support. They will also be responsible for completing various activities related to the setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support of all Digital Channel products, including, but not limited to, online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, remote deposit, ACH and Credit cards
This position is full time, working approximately 40 hours a week, and is benefits eligible. This position will work out of the Limon Branch Office approximately 50% of the time and out of the Burlington Branch Office approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:
Cash Management
Accepts and processes loan payments via drafts or wires
Establishes authenticity and accuracy in daily work by:
- Running and reviewing daily reports
- Identifying and correcting any issues
- Accurately filing daily work
- Documenting all daily work as prescribed
Performs the WebCapture process for the daily deposits.
Completes branch balancing by running reports and checking against processed transactions, works with the Accounting Department to resolve discrepancies.
Customer Service and Online Banking Technical Support
Provides accurate and efficient servicing and technical support of all Digital Banking products.
Liaises with customers and Farm Credit staff to ensure the implementation of services, training of end users, and promotion of the features and benefits of bank products and services are being effectively communicated.
- Recommends modification of promotional materials and drafts materials for approval by marketing
Provides phone and email support to internal and external customers resolving complex, in-depth issues often requiring lengthy calls or emails.
Processes digital banking requests and applications, ensuring proper procedures are followed to minimize losses to the Bank and its customers, while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Loan Post Closing
Onboards and books loan actions in system
Disburses funds for loan actions
Files UCC Liens with proper counties
Reviews loan documents against list of necessary documents and files loan documents electronically
Records legal documents
Compiles and transfers custody of loan packages to Collateral Custodian
Loan Maintenance
Works in cooperation with borrowers, agents and staff to monitor and maintain appropriate coverages and documentation on existing loans
Minimum Qualifying Characteristics:
- 1-2 years of clerical/teller/banking/office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- High school diploma
- General knowledge and practice of customer service principles and practices
- Skill in learning and applying standard processes and procedures
- General knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
- Skill in supporting team members by sharing workload and assisting as able to meet team objectives
- Skill in oral and written communication, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and borrowers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite sufficient to create, update and save basic documents
- General knowledge of lending systems
- Skill in creating and sustaining positive working relationships with co-workers
- Skill in accurately copying, posting or transcribing data
- Skill in maintaining an organized work space
- Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution

Salary Range: $47,000-$52,000
This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. In addition, benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, tax advantage accounts, paid vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
