Lead Four Assisted Living Communities with Aspen Leaf Assisted Living
Aspen Leaf Assisted Living is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Regional Assisted Living Administrator to oversee the operations of our four assisted living communities. This position is based in Limon, Colorado and provides leadership and operational oversight for two communities in Limon, one community in Flagler, and one community in Stratton.

Position Summary
The Regional Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, regulatory compliance, clinical oversight, staff development, quality improvement, and daily operations of all Aspen Leaf Assisted Living communities. This position works closely with leadership, department managers, residents, families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure each community consistently delivers exceptional care and service.
Communities Overseen:
- Two Assisted Living Communities in Limon, Colorado
- One Assisted Living Community in Flagler, Colorado
- One Assisted Living Community in Stratton, Colorado
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for all four Aspen Leaf Assisted Living communities.
- Ensure the dignity, privacy, and respect of all residents, families, and employees.
- Maintain compliance with Colorado Assisted Living regulations, company policies, and all applicable state and federal requirements.
- Oversee medication management and ensure safe medication administration practices.
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop community leadership and care teams.
- Ensure high-quality resident care through ongoing assessments, care planning, and quality assurance.
- Complete admission assessments and oversee the admission process.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
- Promote resident satisfaction, quality dining services, engaging activities, and individualized care.
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, budgets, occupancy, and operational performance.
- Prepare communities for licensing surveys and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, case managers, and community partners.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and travel between communities as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing is preferred.
- Previous Administrator or Executive Director experience is strongly preferred.
- RN or LPN candidates are strongly preferred; however, we welcome and will carefully consider all qualified candidates with relevant leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Colorado Assisted Living regulations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple communities and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, resident care planning, and team development.
- Current certifications, licenses, or administrator qualifications as required by Colorado regulations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Aspen Leaf communities.
