Position: Medication Aide – Full-Time Day Shift
Location: CountryHouse Lincoln II, 84th & Pine Lake, Lincoln, NE
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

What You'll Do

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Help create a warm, welcoming community where residents feel safe, valued, and cared for.

What We're Looking For

Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, based on state requirements).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
A compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver who enjoys serving older adults.
Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
