What you’re good at

In this role, you’ll help identify and pursue business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivate relationships with inbound and outbound prospects. With a hands-on approach across the full sales lifecycle, you’ll help clients across various sectors scale their business with our world-class services and solutions.

When you join us, we expect you to:

Provide strategic guidance, exposure analysis, and obtain underwriting information for new and renewal clients to comply with legal requirements.
Drive revenue and growth for the agency; Build strong relationships with clients and provide consultation on their individual challenges.
Coordinate with other account managers to ensure first-class experience from start to finish.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, insurance companies, and teammates.
Engage in networking opportunities by attending industry events and getting involved in the Banking community.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of insurance where appropriate and applicable.

Strong knowledge of industry regulations, trends and technology
Positive attitude, and client-centric work ethic – excel in working autonomously in a high-volume environment
